A little about us and Concerts Off the Circle
Lisa and Brad welcome you to our North Berkeley home for a time of music and community.

“Concerts Off the Circle” is the name we choose to describe our community music events held in our home. The venue is not a business. Our concerts are designed to directly support the musicians and community. All of the contributions collected (suggested donations of $15-$25 per person are typical) go directly to the performers. We encourage generosity but understand that sometimes our hearts are bigger than our wallets.

We provide light refreshments at all shows. Feel free to bring something to share!

We encourage advanced ticketing, either by email or purchase at Brown Paper Tickets. We will accept cash only at the door. If you want to use credits cards, Brown Paper Tickets is your only option (they charge a very small service fee and are a company worth supporting as well). See Tickets for more detail.

If you are coming for an evening show, there are a couple of great restaurants right in the neighborhood:
  • Benchmark Pizza: wood-fired, Neapolitan-style (yes, I know that is redundant...) and a growing list of delicious starters and main courses

We can seat 30 guests

Sound Equipment
We have the following equipment in-house:
  • Mint condition Kawai upright piano
  • Mackie 1402-VLZ mixer
  • Alesis Microverb III
  • Mackie SRM-350 v2 powered monitors (2)
  • Shure 57A Beta Instrument mics (6) with stands
We are just off the Colusa Circle in North Berkeley at 1614 Visalia Ave, Berkeley, CA 94707
